Today I wrote this question into my journal : How do I step more fully into realizing consciously that I am a divine being [the creator of my own destiny and reality] and that I am the consciousness creating the nature of my reality?

This is the answer that I received :

When you meditate you connect to the true essence of yourself and of the divine [God]. When you are intentionally connecting to the energy of your consciousness you are creating your reality from that perspective. When you are disconnected from that consciousness then you are creating your reality based on your limited human thoughts and perceptions.

When you simply observe what is from a state of awe or meditation, you create more of that sense in your reality. You generate more experiences that make you feel that same sense of wonder.

The true essence of who you are IS all of the things that you desire; the things that you are currently yearning for. You perceive that there is a disconnect between these two things because you have not yet allowed the things that you already are to be experienced in your reality because your limited mind is incomplete in its perception. When you consciously connect to the purest state of your essence, then you open yourself up to creating more of what you desire into your life.

When you first begin to meditate you start by trying to trick your mind into being quiet. When gentle practice it evolves into something that you thirstily drink into, similar to sucking in the air that nourishes you.

The reason you want more experiences and experience feelings of lack as a human is because your mind senses that there is MORE than what it is currently experiencing. The mind try’s to acquire these things in an incorrect manner. The mind try’s to obtain these things from the outside, rather than allowing these things to immerge from within.

Everything that you desire already exists in seed form inside of you. Rather than striving to obtain these things from your outer experience you need to cultivate an environment for these things to immerge. You can do this by connecting to your own essence. You can connect to your own essence through the practice of meditation and by cultivating a more meditative or awareness focused culture in your life. You create a more awareness-focused culture in your own life by being the observer [without judgment].

When you enter into meditation you are connecting deeply with all that you have already created in your life and you will feel a deep sense of being at home.

Do you meditate? I haven't developed a consisted practice in my own life yet, so this message was a huge learning for me. What has been your experience with meditation?

The type of kindness I struggle with the most is self-kindness. This takes the form of me sometimes forcing myself into being what I perceive is my best self; someone distant from who I am in my immediate present. It is often easy for me to blast off a burst of light and sunshine to someone one else while keeping myself trapped in my rigid schedule of self-creation. I have learned a lot about treading more lightly on my own heart but when I slip into being not conscious and aware of my own loving kindness my auto pilot mode can be one of self-harshness. This is often disguised as taking action for my own betterment.

One of the ways that I have struggled the most is in creating rigid structures that I feel will support my conscious evolution. I will challenge myself to be fully committed to supporting myself, and then create a to-do list of things that will nurture my soul. This never has the desired effect and leaves me feeling as though I cannot create success on my own terms, and seeking for newer and better structures to put in place to force me into being my best self. I am learning more about easing into things and following my own feminine wisdom.

For so long FORCE was a destructive element in my life and while I thought I was forcing myself into my own expansion.
I have realized this way of being has left myself feeling blocked and stuck; shut down. This structured, masculine, logical way of opening has not served me well.

I have recently started all over again and feel like I am back in kindergarten. I am stumbling a little bit but mostly gliding forward with all that I have left behind [if only for a little while]. I have been gently practicing letting go of all the ways that I was forcing myself and that has been a startling random act of kindness. I am revaluating what brings me joy and reconnecting to my passion and my true nature. I feel vulnerable and raw and completely unsure of things. At the same time I feel rejuvenated and broken open. I have been immersed in a winter season and I am starting to see some sprinkles of spring starting to grow. I’m not entirely there yet.

There are many ways that kindness can take form in our lives. We can allow our light to brighten another’s life or we can hold onto that light and allow it to brighten up our own darkness. Occasionally what we need most is just to step back a couple of steps and let things be raw for a while. During the winter, nature is pooling up her strength to shine vibrantly through the rest of the year. From our deep rest comes our endurance and renewed connecting to the nurturing flow of life. Allow the cool times to exist without forcing everything into escaping them.

In what area of your life can more kindness be shared? There is so much strength in the tenderness of compassion. I am being present. I am letting go of everything I thought was my dream because I realized I have damaged some of the beauty of my dreams in the way that I was forcing them to happen. I am making the space for bigger dreams and paving the way forward with my own kindness. I am being gentle, soft and kind.

We all have a Goddess who lives within us. She is our divine, radiant, feminine essence. She is the aspect of each of us that is beautiful, fierce, sensual, intuitive, powerful and wise. She is present at all of our best moments in our lives, shining brightly. She is also there at our saddest moments, when we experience our deepest trials and broken heartedness. She is our greatest supporter and she compassionately supports us and guides us through our lives with her deep loving heart. She is the radiant essence of our selves.

Through the way that we choose to live our lives, we are either strengthening her or weakening her. We either give her a place in our lives or hide her away in the dark.  We give her a voice when we allow every part of our selves to have a place to live in this world. This is when she shines her brightest. This is when we are living as our authentic selves.
We give her strength when we listen to her wisdom, when we check in with our selves to receive our own guidance about the best ways to live our lives. We give her power when we commit to living in a way that is in harmony with our own essence and in alignment with our purpose for being here.

When you are living a life that supports your inner Goddess then you are connected with living your divine purpose. You are allowing your divine feminine wisdom to lead you through life and you are embracing your own bliss. All of your natural radiance gracefully shines out into the world and you are witnessed as someone living from her own light. You feel good embracing your own magnificence, which is your birthright.

How do you embrace your inner Goddess? You become aware of the Goddess within and you begin to honour her and appreciate how she is already showing up in your life.

You begin to treat her with more loving kindness and compassion. You begin to listen to what she is telling you, what she has been telling you all along. You begin to go the directions that she is guiding you. You treat her, and your body, which is her sacred temple, with respect and reverence knowing that she is worthy of all the care that you bestow upon her.

I nurture my inner Goddess by nurturing my body with foods that make me feel good. My body loves to move and my inner Goddess feels joyful when I exercise. I make my life into a journey of growth and discovery and I take little steps so that I can celebrate my success often. I have fun embracing my Goddess essence by wearing clothes that make me feel beautiful and radiant. I love myself when I look in the mirror.

I am gentle with myself when I stumble.

I listen to what I need and I care for myself like I would for anyone else that I love deeply. I give myself my own time. I enjoy sensual delights and allow myself to fully enjoy moments of pleasure. I enjoy most moments. I laugh often and cry when it feels good to. I honour what my intuition is telling me and I make all decisions based on this knowing. I live my life as a celebration of who I am.

As you begin to develop and nurture this relationship with her, she will gradually begin to come up out of the shadows. She will know that there is a space in your life for her to live with purpose.
The journey of revitalizing this sacred relationship with her is through love and patience. She is a powerful force in your life and you will find that once you revive her that you will become a powerful creator of a life full of blissful experiences. You will begin to radiate the joy that is inside of you. You will begin to create a force field of love and good feelings all throughout your life, as everything is now coming from a place of love.

There are two perspectives to live your life from. One is from your heart and the other is from your mind.

When you are living from your mind you are creating by
finding a logical way to take action on the vision that lives inside of you. You figure out all the details of how you need to create a particular situation. You rationalize and justify all of your actions and all of your decisions. You have a cycle of thoughts that is constantly milling through your mind and you are forever balancing all the variables on your internal scale.

When you are living from your heart then you are taking steps forward on your callings, even though you
don’t have all the details worked out yet. You are being led forward in creating the vision that lives inside of you by a mysterious pulling that guides you in unknown directions. You are following an invisible map that lives inside your heart. You are being pulled into the unknown and you try and find comfort in the constant uncertainty.

If you are living from your mind, then you are waiting for everything to fall perfectly in place according to your mental game plan before you begin to take action.
When you are living from your heart you are in a constant state of flow although you may have no understanding of the path you are on or where it may lead.

The universe will always provide you with the information that you need to take the next step. This is the only information that you are given and you have to learn to function when only the next step forward is illuminated. If you were to be given all the information about the next 10 steps forward you would likely try and skip some of the steps, or have doubts about one of the steps and not have an understanding about how everything will work out and as a result of that you would probably refrain from taking action. When you have an idea, a vision, or a heart felt longing that is pulling you forward, then know with certainty that this is taking you towards your next step.

You can learn how to become more in tune with living from your heart by checking in regularly and seeing what is has to say. We all have things that we desire in our lives and our hearts always know the answers about what we need to do to create these things.

To connect to your heart, get quiet and focus on being connected to your inner essence. When you have connected to that essence, ask about what you need to know. Doubt and uncertainty are part of every learning process, don’t let them interfere with you connecting to your own guidance. The more you connect to your heart and listen to your inner guidance the more this presence will fill your life.
