Today I made the most amazing creation for breakfast! It was so good that I was having multiple orgasms in my mouth, and it was so frickin easy to make! It's kind of a mix between an omelette and a crepe, filled with wild blueberries and joy.
It was quick, easy, all organic, low glycemic [so champion breakfast for a Goddess, right?] and so tasty my mouth was going wild. I LOVE food and it is one of my favourite passions to make things that taste delicious but are secretly healthy. To me healthy means : chemical free, sugar free, gluten free, un-processed and organic if possible. I focus on healthy grains, or grain free and I use healthy oils and low glycemic sugars in my creations. I make things that I feel really GOOD about eating.
So lets get started on making your day begin in an amazing way [but really you can eat this anytime, even right now!].
Ingredients [to serve one, multiply as needed]
2 organic free range eggs
2 tbs almond flour
1/2 cup wild blueberries [or other yummy berry]
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 sprinkle of sea salt
vanilla extract as desired
coconut oil as desired
1 trickle of maple syrup
I used frozen berries, so to start I began heating then with a small pan. You don't need to cook them, just warm them up and melt all the ice. If you have fresh berries, you may want to warm them slightly after you have rinsed them. After I warmed up the berries, I drained off all the excess water before using them.
Blend all ingredients [except berries] together using a blender or some other kitchen gadget. Add coconut oil to the pan and allow it to heat. I used a ton of coconut oil because I am currently experimenting with supporting my metabolism and my thyroid by consuming 4 tablespoons daily [read more about this here].
Pour the liquid mixture into the heated oil and brown slightly on each size. I used a larger sized frying pan.
Release the beautiful omelette / crepe creation onto a plate and add the berries to half of it. Fold the crepe over, and add a drizzle of maple syrup to the top.
Begin enjoying immediately!
The regular deodorant that we buy at the pharmacy is loaded with chemicals that have been linked to many diseases including breast cancer and Alzheimer's disease [do your research, Goddess]. Some of the chemicals we put on our body are endocrine disruptors and they can cause our bodies to hold onto excess weight and influence our emotions. Aluminum is an especially nasty ingredient that is included in anti-perspirant deodorants. Over the last few years I have used MANY organic deodorants that I have found in health food stores and I have not found any that ever really worked for me.
Are you giving free access for toxic poisons to enter your body? Do you want to experience a higher level of luxury when it comes to caring for and nurturing your body? Do you want to feel as luxurious as possible in your own skin?
I have spent the last few months researching and experimenting with creating the perfect organic Goddess deodorant, and this recipe is the combined result of what I have found to work the best for me.
Be playful with this. Infuse your creation with your own alchemical intentions and have fun experimenting to find what works best for you.
Please Note: this recipe was modified after I attended a "natural clean" workshop at Koyla Naturals Apothecary in Edmonton. Thank you so much Kellie for sharing your genius with the world! They have amazing workshops that have an influence on many of the products that I create.
beeswax [ 1 Tbsp. ]
illipe butter [ 2 Tbsp. ]
candelillia wax [ 3 Tbsp. ]
cocoa or mango butter [ 6 Tbsp. ]
virgin coconut oil [ 3 Tbsp. ]
baking soda [ 2 Tbsp. ]
bentonite clay [ 1 Tbsp. ]
arrowroot powder or cornstarch [ 6 Tbsp. ]
probiotic capsules cracked open [ 6 ]
essential oil [ 20 drops ]
Roll down three empty deodorant containers and place them on parchment paper.
Melt oils, butters and waxes on very low heat in double boiler or pan. Stir regularly.
Turn off heat once all solids are melted.
Add in powders, stirring briskly.
Add essential oils last.
Pour into empty deodorant containers before solution turns solid.
I used some old, cleaned deodorant containers from previous organic deodorants. If your deodorant container has perforations in the roll up part I recommend you not use these containers.
I used wooden chopsticks for stirring that I had on hand and disposed of them afterwards. Be very careful not to splash around your kitchen or on your clothes because the beeswax is a like a glue and is difficult to clean up.
Use old dishes if possible, because it is difficult to wash beeswax out of containers. When you have completed the process, wipe out dishes with paper towel to make clean up easier.
You can add more baking soda, which assists with odour control. I found that when I used a larger amount of baking soda my armpits burned like a mo-fo. It may cause reactions in sensitive skin and if you know you have sensitive skin, eliminate it completely.
Be sure to use a probiotic supplement that is not heat sensitive and does not require refrigeration. The probiotic introduces healthy bacteria to your armpit, which helps to control odour. Armpit odour is caused by bacteria eating the juices that your armpits secrete during your bodies natural process of detoxification.
Coconut oil also has natural antibacterial properties to help keep your sexy armpits smelly lovely. Illipe butter provides a nice solid structure and is very moisturizing. Candelillia wax prolongs shelf life and improves stability.
Have fun using whatever essentials oil you love. For this batch I used a blend of vanilla, lavender and cedar wood oils for an earthy, sensual scent. I just ordered some Palo Santo essential oil to try in my next batch. I love earthy smells, like sandlewood and patchouli.
These ingredients filled up 3 regular sized deodorant containers. You could also put some in regular glass containers if you don’t have enough containers but this recipe has been specially designed to be solid and work optimally in a turn up applicator.
If you choose to not use a plastic deodorant applicator [if you don't mind swiping it on with your hand], use 1/2 the suggested amount of beeswax + illipe butter. Glass is better for you and the environment, but the truth is that if something is not convenient for us we are not likely to use it. You are already doing yourself a huge favour by not using the regular toxic deodorant that most of our society is hooked on.
If you don't like the initial texture, you can easily roll up your tubes and remelt the deodorant to change the consistency. If you find it too hard, add some more solid oils. If you find it too soft add more beeswax. If you added additional solids that you are not happy with, you can let them settle and poor a new batch from the top.

Today I wrote this question into my journal : How do I step more fully into realizing consciously that I am a divine being [the creator of my own destiny and reality] and that I am the consciousness creating the nature of my reality?
This is the answer that I received :
When you meditate you connect to the true essence of yourself and of the divine [God]. When you are intentionally connecting to the energy of your consciousness you are creating your reality from that perspective. When you are disconnected from that consciousness then you are creating your reality based on your limited human thoughts and perceptions.
When you simply observe what is from a state of awe or meditation, you create more of that sense in your reality. You generate more experiences that make you feel that same sense of wonder.
The true essence of who you are IS all of the things that you desire; the things that you are currently yearning for. You perceive that there is a disconnect between these two things because you have not yet allowed the things that you already are to be experienced in your reality because your limited mind is incomplete in its perception. When you consciously connect to the purest state of your essence, then you open yourself up to creating more of what you desire into your life.
When you first begin to meditate you start by trying to trick your mind into being quiet. When gentle practice it evolves into something that you thirstily drink into, similar to sucking in the air that nourishes you.
The reason you want more experiences and experience feelings of lack as a human is because your mind senses that there is MORE than what it is currently experiencing. The mind try’s to acquire these things in an incorrect manner. The mind try’s to obtain these things from the outside, rather than allowing these things to immerge from within.
Everything that you desire already exists in seed form inside of you. Rather than striving to obtain these things from your outer experience you need to cultivate an environment for these things to immerge. You can do this by connecting to your own essence. You can connect to your own essence through the practice of meditation and by cultivating a more meditative or awareness focused culture in your life. You create a more awareness-focused culture in your own life by being the observer [without judgment].
When you enter into meditation you are connecting deeply with all that you have already created in your life and you will feel a deep sense of being at home.
Do you meditate? I haven't developed a consisted practice in my own life yet, so this message was a huge learning for me. What has been your experience with meditation?
I grew up with wonderful parents who loved me and told me that I could live the life of my dreams, and that I should live a life that makes me happy. I loved the idea of this, and I couldn’t wait to get out into the real world and start to experience this magical life.
When I did get out into the real world I was expecting that to happen. But then I found that the magical life that I thought I would be living did not exist for me. I had no idea what would make me happy. I had no idea how to set up my life in a way that would excite me and make me feel like I was living the life of my dreams. My life felt filled with struggle and emptiness and I had no idea how to pull myself out of this funk.
I feel into a deep depression and I lived for years on medication to help me feel like I was living a normal existence. I did not feel anything in my life that even remotely resembled passion or magic and what I was really experiencing was isolation and loneliness.
I found it difficult to have relationships with people because I didn’t feel like I had anything to offer anyone and I didn’t feel like there was any part of my life that was worth sharing with anyone. I cut myself off from anyone of importance, simply because I didn’t have anything to say to anyone.
What could I say when I felt such an agonizing sense of being totally lost and unfulfilled. I hated my life and I hated myself. I felt angry at myself for being so lost and for not knowing what to do. I felt a constant rage towards myself for not knowing how to get my shit together.
I had terrible relationships with men and I stayed far too long with men who were all wrong for me, just because they loved me, and I didn’t think that anyone else would ever would love me. I saturated my body with low vibrational foods to numb the constant pain that I felt just from being alive. The thought of having to endure a lifetime of that kind of pain was horrendous to me.
I went to university for years, just because I didn’t know what else to do with my life and I finally dropped out. I actually dropped out because of my depression and I had a medical note from my doctor supporting my leave. I withdrew from my life because of depression and the reason I felt so depressed I recognize now was because I had no feeling of purpose and no idea how to create a life that made me feel alive.
After I dropped out of university I set myself up in a low expectation life. I was still at that point not maintaining relationships with anyone. I felt guided [for the first time and I didn’t understand the “why” of what I was doing] to get a job doing manual labour as a landscaper. I was barely living, and I fully surrendered to not knowing my direction and feeling lost. I used to always wait until I had all the details figured out in my head before I took action on something and this was one of the first times I took a leap into not knowing what lay before me.
I think that working in nature and finding an outlet for my physical energy in my job helped to clear space for new possibilities to exist in my life. I started to become aware of different ways that people were living and I started to realize the ways that different people were creating their own lives [some with more success than others]. I started to become aware of common areas that existed in the people that I saw living a life that fulfilled them.
I became a research junky and I started actively experimenting with creating my own life, on my own terms. At first I started by just clearing away the depression and feeling like part of the living world. I started to become aware of myself as the creator of my life and to take full responsibility for what was showing in my life. I started to become an expert at seeing what showed up in my life and tracing that back to what from within me created that reality.
I immersed myself into a healing lifestyle where I was focused on releasing my past hurts and angers and recognizing where I had absorbed limiting belief systems from various parts of my life.
I began to witness big things changing in my life and joy blooming from within me. I began to feel called to share this art of creating with others.
I am now a goddess coach and my particular area of expertise is in supporting women to live their lives as high vibrational women who create what their heart desires. A large part of this is learning how to connect and follow your own intuition and feminine wisdom.
Goddess energy is divine feminine wisdom. Feminine energy is flowing, it’s intuitive, it’s nurturing and receiving. Masculine energy is action orientation, structured and logical. One energy is not better that the other but we need to live within a balance of each of these energies if we want to live a life that nourishes us. Our society is currently dominated by masculine energy.
What it looks like to live in balance with masculine and feminine energy is that we follow the guidance of our intuition and use our masculine energy to help with the logistics. For example your guidance may be telling you that you need to be part of a certain program, but your logic helps you make the arrangements and figure out the details. Masculine follows feminine.
Most people in our society are making decisions based on what ‘makes sense’ or what seems logical. One of the huge missing pieces that came together for me on my own journey was the discovery that when I made decisions based on what made sense [for example chasing a job because it would make me lots of money, or picking a guy because he has good details, or setting up my lifestyle in a way that is practical], the outcome was never happiness for me. I started to become aware of an inner dialogue that was telling me the way to my joy and often the guidance I was receiving did not make sense to my logical mind.
Even in my darkest times I still felt that somehow I could live my vision of the magical life I had in my heart and I got to a point in my life that even when I didn’t know what that vision looked like, I began to make decisions that would support what I was being called towards.
I want you all to know that I have completely transformed my own life from what it used to be. I now live a life that I deeply love, one that inspires and excites me.
Embracing your own inner goddess energy is all about tuning into your own intuition and discovering what your heart is truly longing for and then shifting your energy to be in energetic alignment with what you wish to create.
We are all wild women and all wild things have an inner wisdom. As wild things, we are guided to whatever experience is leading us to live our greatest experience and expanding our souls.
The problem in our society is that we have lost touch with that guidance and we end up spending so much of our time in a state of struggle and despair. We live in a constant state of conflict with our desires and the internal belief systems that support us in creating what we desire. We want more, but we don’t believe we deserve more, or we feel like we are not “Enough” to have more.
I lead women down the path of supporting them to get clear about what their heart truly desires and helping them remove all the energetic crud that gets in the way of our manifestation process. I support women in becoming high vibrational women who are natural manifestors and who are in touch with recognizing that if we do have a desire that lives in our heart then this desire is actually a guiding star pulling us forward into what will bring us the most joy.
We exist in a living, energetic matrix and we can become empowered creators of what shows up in our life. I know this to be true on every level of my being and I have witnessed this again and again in my life. I could talk for days and days about how to become a masterful creator of your life, but we only have one hour together today and I am going to pack as much useful content into this call as possible.
I believe in you and I know that we all come into this life with a purpose. I also know that it is very difficult for us to live our purpose when our life feels like a total mess, and when we don’t know how to create a life that supports us in living our purpose.
I have recently learned about the power of consistency. When you are living in the energy of consistency, then you are living without the energy of contradiction. I was holding onto some old contradictions, not realizing the full effect they were having on my life.
One way I was contradicting myself was in my practice of self-care. For me, self-care is a lifelong practice. It is something I am always expanding in and exploring in different ways to enhance my own self-care practice. I began to see the negative patterns that were created in all the different areas of my life when my self-care lapsed. When I stopped taking care of myself, other things in my life started to crumble as well.
When I was inconsistent with what I know inside of me to be my truth, then I experienced inconsistencies in everything else in my life as well. I had never before made such a deep connection between the inconsistencies in my life before. My strategy before had been to focus extreme amounts of energy in whatever area of my life I wanted to grow more. For example, to experience growth with my business I would focus on taking all the right steps forward and taking action on what I believed would be best for my business.
Through my own experimentation with this, I have actually learned that the best way to make anything in my life grow, or get better is to focus on being consistent with what I believe in; to focus on living my own truth. When I am in that energy, the energy of consistency, then all the details seem to work themselves out. For me to be living my truth I need to be moving my body, experiencing nature, doing things that make me laugh. I need to take care of my sacred vessel. I need to be collaborating and creating a sense of community in the work that I do. I need to be sharing my experiences with others and using that as a tool for my own growth.
With all the work that I do, I also get into the energetic component of what is showing up in my life. I discovered that the truth behind my inconsistency was that I didn’t truly believe in myself. I didn’t believe I was fully able to sustain the level of brilliance that I know lies inside of me. I secretly believed that the parts of me that are brilliant were actually broken into little pieces. I recognized that in being inconsistent I was keeping myself safe by protecting myself from the discomfort of change. I also recognized that this way of being no longer served me and it was making my life unreliable and untrustworthy.
I decided that I was ready to let all of this go. Once we are able to deeply look into our patterns and see them with understanding we also become empowered to release them. I decided I was ready to allow the universal truth of consistency become a part of me, and shift my reality so that I could live from that perspective.
You can activate your own energy of consistency by taking a loving reflection about the ways you may not be fully consistent in your life. Ask yourself how this way of being is serving you, and how it is not. Ask yourself how your life would look differently with your new perspective.
The type of kindness I struggle with the most is self-kindness. This takes the form of me sometimes forcing myself into being what I perceive is my best self; someone distant from who I am in my immediate present. It is often easy for me to blast off a burst of light and sunshine to someone one else while keeping myself trapped in my rigid schedule of self-creation. I have learned a lot about treading more lightly on my own heart but when I slip into being not conscious and aware of my own loving kindness my auto pilot mode can be one of self-harshness. This is often disguised as taking action for my own betterment.
One of the ways that I have struggled the most is in creating rigid structures that I feel will support my conscious evolution. I will challenge myself to be fully committed to supporting myself, and then create a to-do list of things that will nurture my soul. This never has the desired effect and leaves me feeling as though I cannot create success on my own terms, and seeking for newer and better structures to put in place to force me into being my best self. I am learning more about easing into things and following my own feminine wisdom.
For so long FORCE was a destructive element in my life and while I thought I was forcing myself into my own expansion. I have realized this way of being has left myself feeling blocked and stuck; shut down. This structured, masculine, logical way of opening has not served me well.
I have recently started all over again and feel like I am back in kindergarten. I am stumbling a little bit but mostly gliding forward with all that I have left behind [if only for a little while]. I have been gently practicing letting go of all the ways that I was forcing myself and that has been a startling random act of kindness. I am revaluating what brings me joy and reconnecting to my passion and my true nature. I feel vulnerable and raw and completely unsure of things. At the same time I feel rejuvenated and broken open. I have been immersed in a winter season and I am starting to see some sprinkles of spring starting to grow. I’m not entirely there yet.
There are many ways that kindness can take form in our lives. We can allow our light to brighten another’s life or we can hold onto that light and allow it to brighten up our own darkness. Occasionally what we need most is just to step back a couple of steps and let things be raw for a while. During the winter, nature is pooling up her strength to shine vibrantly through the rest of the year. From our deep rest comes our endurance and renewed connecting to the nurturing flow of life. Allow the cool times to exist without forcing everything into escaping them.
In what area of your life can more kindness be shared? There is so much strength in the tenderness of compassion. I am being present. I am letting go of everything I thought was my dream because I realized I have damaged some of the beauty of my dreams in the way that I was forcing them to happen. I am making the space for bigger dreams and paving the way forward with my own kindness. I am being gentle, soft and kind.

We all have a Goddess who lives within us. She is our divine, radiant, feminine essence. She is the aspect of each of us that is beautiful, fierce, sensual, intuitive, powerful and wise. She is present at all of our best moments in our lives, shining brightly. She is also there at our saddest moments, when we experience our deepest trials and broken heartedness. She is our greatest supporter and she compassionately supports us and guides us through our lives with her deep loving heart. She is the radiant essence of our selves.
Through the way that we choose to live our lives, we are either strengthening her or weakening her. We either give her a place in our lives or hide her away in the dark. We give her a voice when we allow every part of our selves to have a place to live in this world. This is when she shines her brightest. This is when we are living as our authentic selves. We give her strength when we listen to her wisdom, when we check in with our selves to receive our own guidance about the best ways to live our lives. We give her power when we commit to living in a way that is in harmony with our own essence and in alignment with our purpose for being here.
When you are living a life that supports your inner Goddess then you are connected with living your divine purpose. You are allowing your divine feminine wisdom to lead you through life and you are embracing your own bliss. All of your natural radiance gracefully shines out into the world and you are witnessed as someone living from her own light. You feel good embracing your own magnificence, which is your birthright.
How do you embrace your inner Goddess? You become aware of the Goddess within and you begin to honour her and appreciate how she is already showing up in your life.
You begin to treat her with more loving kindness and compassion. You begin to listen to what she is telling you, what she has been telling you all along. You begin to go the directions that she is guiding you. You treat her, and your body, which is her sacred temple, with respect and reverence knowing that she is worthy of all the care that you bestow upon her.
I nurture my inner Goddess by nurturing my body with foods that make me feel good. My body loves to move and my inner Goddess feels joyful when I exercise. I make my life into a journey of growth and discovery and I take little steps so that I can celebrate my success often. I have fun embracing my Goddess essence by wearing clothes that make me feel beautiful and radiant. I love myself when I look in the mirror.
I am gentle with myself when I stumble.
I listen to what I need and I care for myself like I would for anyone else that I love deeply. I give myself my own time. I enjoy sensual delights and allow myself to fully enjoy moments of pleasure. I enjoy most moments. I laugh often and cry when it feels good to. I honour what my intuition is telling me and I make all decisions based on this knowing. I live my life as a celebration of who I am.
As you begin to develop and nurture this relationship with her, she will gradually begin to come up out of the shadows. She will know that there is a space in your life for her to live with purpose. The journey of revitalizing this sacred relationship with her is through love and patience. She is a powerful force in your life and you will find that once you revive her that you will become a powerful creator of a life full of blissful experiences. You will begin to radiate the joy that is inside of you. You will begin to create a force field of love and good feelings all throughout your life, as everything is now coming from a place of love.
You can talk to your soul, and your soul is fully packed with brilliant wisdom. Your soul is the essence of who you are, and your soul is the part of you that has always existed in some form or other. You can ask your soul for guidance at any stage of your life, whenever you are feeling that you could use some extra clarity. Your soul always has the complete wisdom to guide you in making the best choices for you.
Ask reflective questions that will bring you guidance and clarity. Ask to understand the larger picture, and to clearly see what patterns you may be repeating that are blocking your attempts at success. Ask what needs to shift inside of you to create more of what you desire.
This is how you can talk to your soul:
· Get quiet. Create a sacred space and take ten deep breaths and feel your body beginning to relax and your mind beginning to find calm.
· Set the intention to connect to the clarity of your soul. Ask to have the guidance you need to clearly understand the information that you are given. Let go of your doubts, focus on connecting with the stillness that already lives inside of you.
· Be gentle and loving with your self when you are asking your questions. Ask questions like: How change I shift the energy of this current situation to bring an outcome that I desire? What do I need to heal within me to bring me what I want in this area of my life?
· Listen to what your soul says, and write it down.
· Reflect, learn, absorb, heal.
Everything that exists in your life is there by your design. You may be creating in unconscious ways and repeating patterns that you absorbed at different stages of your existence. You may be sabotaging your best efforts without even realizing the roll that you are playing.
You may feel that you are not receiving clarity in your conversations with your soul. To enhance this ability, you need to develop and nourish a relationship with your inner self. Maybe she is not feeling honored or understood? Maybe you need to romance her a little and show her how dedicated and committed you are to creating a thriving intimate relationship with her. Show her that you trust her wisdom and she will have more to share with you as you grow together.
I recently had a gift come into my life that caused me to deeply reflect on what has been transformed within me over the last several years. I am so amazed by how much my relationship with money has been healed and transformed.
This is what I would say to myself where I was at 3 years ago [things
that I didn't know then that I do know now]:
The desires that you have in your heart were planted in your heart as seeds when you came into this world. You feel called to do certain things and evolve in certain directions because this is your soul's purpose for being here. You following your callings is of high service to yourself and to the entire world. When you are engaged in following your own callings, then you are often shifted into a position where you are being of service to someone else that you had a soul contract with before you came into this world.
When we don't have enough money for the things that we are feeling called towards in our hearts, we are operating in the energy of lack. This is not a abundant, joyful energy and you are not serving yourself or the world by being in this energy. Only YOU are holding yourself in this energy, as money is energy and you can always choose to change your relationship with any sort of energy that exists in your life. You may have witnessed this with different relationships that have evolved into being different things in your life, or with your relationship with food or your brother or sister. You can change your relationship with all things by shifting your focus and your perspective.
When you are telling yourself that you can not afford the transformation that your heart is longing for, then you are sending a message into the universe that indeed you can not afford whatever it is that you desire. Telling yourself that you can't do something because you can't afford it is kind of the same as saying you can't do something because your husband told you that you could not do it.
If you decide that you are going to do something, then nothing in the universe will stop that from happening. Using money as a reason for something not to happen in your life is really you just saying that you have not decided that this will happen.
When you only invest in things that are inside of your comfort level then you are keeping yourself vibrating at that same energetic frequency. Like all expansion, transformation requires you to stretch yourself to evolve into who you are going to be on the next stage of your journey.
I finally got to a place in my life where I felt tired of dealing with the same old limitations over and over again. I looked back at my life over the last five years and I realized that my soul had been longing for a big shift for quite a long time. I invested in a coaching program that terrified me. It seemed way too expensive, what could I possible get out of it? I took the leap and it hugely transformed my life. I know that many of you who have followed my work for a long time have noticed the huge transformations in my business and in my energy. I am so grateful for that experience.
If there is anything that you desire in this world, then you need to focus on acquiring that. Remember that there is divine purpose behind all of your desires. If it is the money that is holding you back, then money is also holding you back from other things in your life as well. If you are being held back from things in your life, then you are just settling and you are not expanding into your full potential.
I encourage you to immerse yourself into expanding your wealth consciousness. I have some awesome free resources to help with this on my website [click here]. I have three free books you can download that will help you heal your relationship with your money story. This is a great place to start.
If you don't start now, what is your relationship with money going to look like in five years? It is my passion and my purpose to help women become fully empowered co-creators of their lives and part of this is healing their money stories.
