Who I am
I used to live my life based on what made sense and what sounded good in my head. I’ve lived in a lot of my own darkness, which has brought me to a place of living in my own light. I’ve lived surrounded by much of my own solitude, and I love my new journey of connection and developing soul sister + brother relationships.
I have learned to take courageous leaps based on what my heart is pulling me towards. I have developed a relationship with my self that is based on love, support and nurturance. I have learned that for me to be living my passion, it means that I am being of high service to the world. For me to be of high service to the world I need to be acting in ways that are of high service to myself.

I have always had a knowing of what people’s souls are longing for. It’s my gift, as natural as breathing for me. I work with women to help them create lives that are juicy, alive and vibrant. To do this I use a combination of tools and intuitive guidance that seems to readily flow through me. This is my purpose filled work.
Some of the resources that I draw from to do my work are: connecting with Angels and Guides, Theta healing, and Akashic record reading. My work has evolved into intuitive coaching because I want to work with women in evolutionary relationships, and I want women to feel supported when they are shifting their lives.
How to be a Goddess has grown from my own journey of embracing my Goddess energy and being a witness to the ways that has shifted my life.
Goddess energy is intuitive, feminine, empowering, nurturing, and community focused. Living in this energy helps us to be fully empowered as women living in an evolving world.
My soul feels most at home in a forest when I am out walking on a trail. Traveling rejuvenates me and makes me feel brightly alive. I'm fucking funny and habitually deliciously inappropriate. I often feel torn between showing my compassionate heart and embracing my raw, unfiltered humor.
I have a life long passion and interest in herbalism. I have recently become interested in becoming a clinical herbalist and that is what I am currently manifesting in my life. I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to make my own natural beauty products and homemade cleaning products. You can find more about the products I am creating HERE.
I have a secret dream of creating a safe, empowering haven for women in a community where women do not have as much as I do. I have a lovely husband who is my soul mate. My heart is happy sharing my life with him.
